With increased car dependence for short trips and an increase in gas prices, there is an opportunity to embrace people-powered forms of transportation such as bicycling. Some cargo carrying systems for bicycles are not beginner friendly and many are expensive. Some solutions, such as carrying plastic bags on handlebars are not safe or the most efficient.
